DELIVERY

In-stock merchandise is generally shipped within 24 hours of order receipt at Helinger

Advertising. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified. Next day or second day air shipment is available.

INDIVIDUAL/PERSONAL ORDERS

To pay with personal checks or money orders please download the order form (at the bottom of this page) and mail your order

to our office for processing.

RETURN POLICY

If you need to return or exhange an apparel or a small accessory item, please contact chrissy@helinger.com and we will email you a USPS return label. Once we recieve your item we will issue you a merchandise refund that will include a deduction of  $8.00 for the return label. All returns must be un-worn and in new condition. 
Returns or exchanges for large hard good items will be handled on an individual basis and must have prior approval. Please contact chrissy@helinger.com.

 Custom or personalized orders, of course, cannot be returned.
